New Job

As I have told you all that I was trying to change my job to my track(Hotel Management) I was having a training at Best Western LaVinci Hotel, I got a job over there. I applied for the position of Airport Protocol. From this month July I am performing my duty at airport.
The task is not hard one. Only to receive the guest who are arriving from other part of the country and from abroad and lead them to the Hotel Shuttle. There are more 11 Hotel Booth with their protocol team working at Zia International Airport. Most of the time we all don' t have any pickup and we all sit together and have nice adda.
I don't have any plan to stay over here for long but have to stay here till I get another job at any other better Hotel. Wish me luck guys/gals.

Update Of Birth Day.

Last day I told you that I had no plan for anything. I really didn't plan later. At the noon my friends and colleges asked me where and when I am planning to give them a treat for my birth day. I offered them for providing them lunch. They all agreed.

Me and Rony(Rayhan Chowdhury) planned for parata and black vuna of meet with dal-vaji and coke for all. We 2 went to Chankhar Pul for buying those food as they prepare very good kalavuna(meat curry). We bought 20 pack of kalavuna and 70 parata for 15 people. It was more then enough for general people but we have Sohel and Razib (another employee of PixelNet). They both can take 3 times then general people. It took only 15 min to finish the whole food. That was really fun.

In the evening my colleges bought cake for me. It looks nice but there was one mistake. The spelling of my name was wrong. Anyway it was really delicious. But at the end all my friends and colleges decorated my face with the cream. That was fun but horrible too.

I got a gift from the nature. Me, Khalid and Rana were comming to Goran from office together. We took a riksaha. As we rode 3 it was impossible to cover with the hud. At the middle of the road it started to rain so heavily. The rain drops were so big and cold. We 3 packed our cellphones and wallet with polythin and enjoyed the rain. It was really so nice to get wet in rain in the hot climate. We 3 really enjoyed too much.

At night I invited Tunnu-Munni, Rana, Khalid, Jashim, Tasnim-Fatin and Ifrana for having dinner together. Unfortunately Tasnim-Fatin, Rana and Ifrana failed to come to my home. Mom cooked Khichuri with potol vaji, Meat curry and salad. Not too much but that was so delicious.

It's My Day

Hello every one. Today is my Birth Day. There is no plan for anything today. Let's see what happen today. Will give update about today on tomorrow.

Update of Me.

It's been long since I did not write anything. You guys don't know what kind of time I am passing.
Too much pressure is going on over me.
As you know I am a student of Hospitality Management but I am working in an IT firm (PixelNet Technologies) for last One and Half year. I was thinking of going back to my track. That is why I applied to some Hotel for a job. Last month I got a call from The Best Western Lavinchi Hotel were I dropped my CV too. They didn't confirmed me to join over there but offered me a training for 4 weeks. They assured me that within that training period they will decide about my recruitement. But there was a problem. As I am on a job from 9am to 5 pm they offered me to have my training from 6 pm every working day and from9 am on my holiday. Now I am having 13 hour of duty in 2 working place. I guess you all can feel what is the situation.

Wish me luck everyone so that I can copeup with the situation.

Bangla New Year

On the 14th of April it was the Fist Day of Bengali New Year. The day is called "Pohela Boishakh" = "1st day of Boishakh Month". It is the biggest festival of this region of Asia. One of the most colorful day in the year. Many organization arrange variety of events on that day. The celebration starts from the sun rise. In Ramna Park under a big tree called "Ramna Botomul" the largest gathering is held.

This is the festival food. Panta with Elish vaja and Vorta.

Usually I go out on Pohela Boishakh at 5~6am. But this year I didn't have any plan. So I stayed at home. Slept till 9 am. At noon I meet 2 of my friends near my home in a road side restaurant called "The New Gingira Hotel". Though there is no accommodation of staying at night but it is called "Hotel".

Around 2 pm my two friends Tunnu and Munni called me over phone to go out with them. As I didn't have any plan and the heat of the sun was little bit low after 1 pm (The temperature was one of the main reason of my staying at home that day) I decided to go out. At 3 pm I went to the Curzon Hall. There Tunnu-Munny were waiting for me. Within 1.5 hour Khalid and Chanchal joined with us. In the evening Nelson came. We sit there till 7:45 pm. It was really a nice evening for all of us.

I have searted Stock Business

You all might get surprised to know that I have started the Stock Business. There was a time when I really avoided the Stock Business talks among the friends gathering. But now I am a good listener. Some friends of mine are trying to pinch me by remembering me the old days. I have nothing to do but give a smile to them.

Anyway. Hope that I can do some good in the Stock Business.

I took some rest from blogging life. Even I have some other business blogs for earning which I didn't even open for a while.
By this time so many things has happen which I didn't published. I shall give all events description shortly one after another. Let me start my blogging again.

Sudden gathering.

Yesterday I had some scheduled thing to do and unfortunately all the program canceled for some reason. So I had nothing to do for whole day long. I was also little bit off mode. I came out of home about 12noon with no plan. I had a walk about half an hour. Then for nothing I called Munni. She told me that she is having some shopping with Tunnu. She asked me if I were available to join with them to New Market. As I had nothing to do I agreed with her and started towards New Market with My Line Bus. It was the first working day of the week so the road was full of traffic. It took more then an hour to reach there. When I reached New Market Munni again called me and told me to go to Sharma House which is a nice and small place for Pizza and Sharma (Burger type food but the inner is much gravy ). It was lunch time too and I was thinking of what I can buy for lunch. The thinking was over by the phone call. When I reached to Sharma House I heard that Rana is also coming. Then I called Khalid who was also shopping at New Market. Withing 30 Minute all of us were gathered at Sharma House. Khlid brought Jashim with him for shopping so that he was also present.

There was a good news for all of us from Rana. That is he just got his appointment letter from Prime Bank. That was really a happy new for all of us. We ordered 2 12inch Mexican Hot Pizza for all of us. The payment was made by Rana for getting the appointment letter in hand. Khalid was in a hurry because he had to attend a Birthday party of his niece. He was shopping for that occasion. We got out from Sharma House at 4pm. Jashim and Khalid went home and rest four of us went to Dhaka University for some time pass at the. We sat there till it was 8pm. The time was really nice for all of us.
After long time we were having a gathering. I really enjoyed the whole time a lot.

Very short trip to Chittagong

I had a sudden trip to Chittagong on Tuesday. It was really painful and interesting to me.
On Tuesday my younger brother called me about 2:30pm. He was staying over there from 7th of this month for attending the physical test to "Bangladesh Marine Academy". The exam has 5 individual part on 5 individual day. The students has to bring all the necessary papers long with them for the exam. My brothers exam was scheduled from 10th to the 14th of this month. On the other hand 14th January was the last day for the students who got the chance to admit themselves to "Dhaka University". This information was declared on the 12th of this month. My young brother Shazib informed me on the 13th January and asked me what will he do?
I found that there are 3 option to cover the whole situation. As Shazib don't need the paper with him after the viva test on 11th January, I can bring the paper to Dhaka. For doing that the 3 option are...

1. To send via Courier service. (S A Paribahan is the fastest and reliable one)

2. To send the paper via some one.

3. I can go to Chittagong and bring the paper to Dhaka in time.

I found that if I go over there it would be stressful and costly but the safest. So I told him to buy a ticket for me from Chitagong to Dhaka at midnight. And I went to the bus stand at 3:20pm and found that there is a bus leaving at 3:30pm. I can call myself lucky that I got a seat on that bus. And my journey started.
The bus was not a better one and the road was much busy. On the way when the bus reached to Sayedabad there was a trouble of seat plan of the bus. Someone sold a same seat to two individual person. There I lost 1 hour of my time. I was little bit worried but didn't panic for the delay. Anyway the counter man somehow solved the problem and we started towards Chittagong. The road was really full of traffic.
We reached at Chittagong at 10:30pm. So I rushed to a CNG cab and gave the direction of the hotel where Shazib is staying. It took only 10 min to reach there. Then I felt some relaxed. I lied down on the bed, had some breathing, refreshed myself, took the paper and went down to have some food as I didn't get the time to have my lunch.
After having supper I has a little walk with Shazib on the side road, had a cup of tea. When I looked at my watch I found that it was about 11:45pm. My bus gonna leave at midnight. The counter was beside the hotel where Shazib stayed. It was "Green Line Paribahan". I saw that the bus has arrived to the stand. So I got into the bus. The bus started at just midnight. It is one of the leading Bus company of Bangladesh. The condition of hte bus was really good.
But my fate was not good enough. It had decided to make me suffer. That night was one of the most dark night of this year. The Fog was so thick that nothing was visible after 30 feet ahead. All the Flights were cancelled on that night. The bus was running really slow and carefully. We are really thankful to Allah that we were saved but there were 6 bus and truck had accident that night. The road was blocked for about 3 hours. The good news is none were dead on that accident. The bus supposed to reach Dhaka within 6:30am in the morning but for that accident we reached at 9:30 in the morning.
After that I took a Rickshaw and reached home at 10:30am. I was really really so exhausted with the trip. But the good part was I managed to bring the paper in time to Dhaka.

Suddenly I noticed

It is not a serious matter. But I enjoyed it very much.
My friend Eamon writes blogs for long time. Basically I try to follow his blogging style. I am used to reading his blog often. Today I was checking out his blog for new post but there was none. The post I saw was already read by me and I also made 2 comments on that post.

For nothing I scrolled down the page where I fount a counting is showing a figure that I am the 10000th visitor of the blog.

Long time ago I saw the counter on his blog when he first used that and I thought if I could know who would be the 10000th visitor. For that reason I am a bit excited that now I know who is that 10000th visitor.

We have shifted our home.

We have shifted our home on 31st december. It was really a messy day for me and my parents. The new house is not far from the previous one. 2 minute walking distance. The lane is called "Parish er goli". Don't think this "Paris" represents the european city. It is the name of a primary school which stands on that lane.

This new home is little bit smaller in size but a newly built building. The wall are well decorated with new paint and tiles. But the worst thing about this home is the bathrooms are really tinny and the balcony are not is good shape.

The main reason why we have changed out home is the problem of supply water. The land lord must have some problem in the head because he never maintain any rules or routine to start the water pump. And if any one request to do he get's angry.

Anyway, I am still now in a mess and let me settle down. Then I hope I can give you detail information of my last month till present.
